How to treat your tiles right — from day one, for decades.

Before Installation

• Store tiles in a dry, covered area, on pallets.
• Keep tiles face to face as packed. Never stack patterned face against back side.
• Adjust 1–2mm thickness variation with double adhesive method.

Installation

• Use white ACIII adhesive (interior or exterior).
• Install with tight joints (0–2mm max spacing).
• Avoid black rubber mallets; use white or padded tools.
• Clean mortar spills immediately with damp sponge + neutral soap.

Sealing & Grouting

• Wait 48h after install before sealing. Ensure tiles are clean & dry.
• Use short-nap or epoxy roller; apply sealant in one direction only.
• Apply 2 coats of sealant (8h apart).
• Grout after 1st coat. Clean excess grout immediately.

Aftercare

• Wait 72h before covering or placing furniture.
• Clean with water and neutral soap only. No bleach, acid, or alcohol.
• In high-traffic areas: use high-traffic wax monthly.
